BLOT Cosmetics Unboxing, Review And Swatches

Hey darlings,

How did your weekend go? Mine went okay. Not much happened actually. I’m excited for the new week though! We are slowly getting to the end of 2016…whoop! In today’s post, I’ll be reviewing some BLOT Cosmetics products that were sent to me by the lovely Funke Tonye Preghafi of Giftys Daughter. Did you know she owns the BLOT Cosmetics brand? Well, now you know! So, she reached out to me that she had makeup goodies for me and I was so excited…wait who doesn’t like freebies?! 😀 . Anyhoo, the package arrived few days later and I actually did an unboxing on snapchat. You should follow me there @miss2404 for some fun and randomness…hehe.

Alright, so the box had two beauty blenders (took out one to try out before taking the pictures), a mattifying face veil, gel liner, a lifting mascara and 4 luxe lips long lasting lip glosses.

 

 

I have tried out the lip glosses and oh my! The colors are soo beautiful, well pigmented and they actually turn matte quickly and do not crack.  Taking them off was quite a struggle though…argh! So, I did lip swatches to take pictures for you to see how they beautiful the colors are but in the process of trying to quickly wipe off one before it’s completely dry, they looked patchy and my lip got bruised a teeny weeny bit 🙁 . That’s when I gave up on the lip swatches…my lips needed a break apparently! I’ll definitely use them for makeup looks and write out the shades but in the mean time, here are the swatches on my wrist.
