I recently got some freebies from Influenster, a company that sends complimentary products to bloggers for review and I’ve been loving them. One of the set of products is the Kat Von D Saint and Sinner perfumes. I never knew Kat Von D had a fragrance line till I was sent the voxbox. Apparently, they did about 8 years ago and have decided to bring them back…whoop!

Can you imagine how thrilled I was to try out these complimentary samples of the Saint and Sinner perfumes? 😀 . According to Kat Von D, Saint is a dreamy, romantic, alluring and candied floral fragrance inspired by Kat’s own duality. It is a poetic exploration of the lesser-known, softer side of Kat Von D! While Sinner is a dark, sultry, empowering and an addictive fragrance inspired by Kat’s own duality. A little sweet, a little spicy, and undeniably fearless! It is the fragrant embodiment of the edgy, unapologetic, and outspoken Kat Von D we know and love! Perfumes can be tricky to review via writing but I’ll do my best to be as explicit as possible.

Packaging : They come in cute round sample bottles with Kat Von D written on them and the packs are so pretty. White and Black to represent Saint and Sinner respectively.

Formula :

Saint – Gourmand perfume fuses jasmine and Tiaré flower top notes with a delicious heart of mandarin, caramel, and sparkling Mirabelle plum. Vanilla, sandalwood, and creamy musk
Sinner – Cinnamon spices up vanilla and white florals at the heart of the fragrance, while base notes of vetiver, patchouli, and wood form the deeper, darker nuances.

How I Use : Because they are sample bottles, they didn’t have the spray tops. So, I apply by using my fingertips.

Pros :

The Saint and Sinner perfumes are long lasting.
Smell amazing.
Not overpowering.
Price is pocket friendly.

Overall, at first I wasn’t quite taken by the smell of Saint because of its floral note but after a while, it began to grow on me. Sinner is definitely my fave of the two because it’s dark and invigorating just the way I like my perfumes. I will be mixing both of them most of the time anyway to create a signature scent 😀 .
