Got the Revlon Illuminance Skin-Caring Foundation in a voxbox sent by Influenster earlier in the year and I wrote a mini review on Instagram then. Now that I’ve worn it a few times, thought to share a more detailed one. According to Revlon, “the Illuminance Skin-Caring Foundation gives the benefits of makeup and skincare in one. You’ll see smoother-looking skin and the reduced appearance of roughness and wrinkles with continued use.”

Packaging : The Revlon Illuminance Skin-Caring Foundation comes in a round bottle with a pump applicator.

Formula : It has a lightweight liquid formula.

Application : Pump out the quantity needed and apply using fingertips, a beauty blender or foundation brush.

Pros :
- Long-wearing.
- Light buildable coverage.
- Gives a natural radiant finish.
- No parabens, phthalates, and synthetic fragrances.
- Infused with powerful botanical antioxidants which help to fight free radicals.
- Contains 5% Squalane and Hyaluronic Acid which deeply hydrate and moisturize the skin.
Con :
- Formula is a little lighter than expected.
Overall, the Illuminance Skin-Caring Foundation is a good combo of makeup & skincare. It makes my skin look naturally radiant, hydrated and plump (all thanks to the 5% squalane and hyaluronic acid ). It’s easy to apply and great for combination skin. Doesn’t feel heavy or look oily on my face. Formula is lighter than the ColorStay range but has pretty decent coverage.
So, I was sent the shade 417 Warm Caramel which is 2 shades lighter than my complexion. Adding a bit of Revlon Colorstay Foundation in Cappuccino to it, gets the perfect mix. The Illuminance range is available in 28 shades…I think that’s not enough to accommodate most skin tones but there might be plans for expansion…who knows?!
Have you heard about this Revlon Foundation?
Hugs and Kisses,
Missglam.
